Sometimes I'm A Bad Mommy

Sometimes,
I'm a bad Mommy.

Sometimes,
I let the kids eat ice cream
before dinner.

Sometimes,
I let the kids eat ice cream
instead of dinner.

Sometimes,
I buy a new toy,
even though it isn't
their birthday,
or Christmas,
or any holiday.

Sometimes,
I get  so excited,
I run outside in my socks.

Sometimes,
I forget to take my shoes off
when I come inside the house.

Sometimes,
I burp
at the dinner table.

Sometimes,
I laugh when I burp
at the dinner table.

Sometimes,
I play
instead of doing my chores.

Sometimes,
I read a book
instead of doing my chores.

But,
I
have
taught
my
children
to

always,

always,

always,

always,

jump on the hotel beds.

Sometimes,
I'm
a
Bad
Mommy.

  3. Remember the year we had little mike a bob the builder birfday party. You and I were very good mommys that day. We took old phone books and taught the kids to tear out 100s of pages , and crumple them up into balls, throw them on the floor and jump in them, you even joined in the jumping. Momma ruby said "you are the only mothers I know teaches their children to tear up the house."

TOYS-I enjoy them, I believe more them my children do. I have to fuss at myself to avoid going in the toy section of any store, even the grocery store.

Now that's being a good mom showing self control, denying myself of a chance of finding great toy my growing mountian of plastic we call toys.

Keep blogging on great helpful topics such as what to do at the hotel because swimming is not enough.

    Love/Thanks

  4. Too funny!! Plus jumping on the beds at a hotel won't damage the home furniture! ;)
