MM Meditation - The Path of the Lord

The Lord lays a beautiful path for us in Proverbs 16.

You enter the path :

v. 6-  by the fear of the LORD

one departs from evil

relationships are  blessed along the path-

v.7 when a man's ways please the Lord

He makes even his enemies

 to be at peace with him.

you are guided along the path-

v.9 LORD directs steps

there is an eternal results for staying on the path-

v.17 the highway of the upright

is to depart from evil:

He who keeps his way

 preserves his soul

many blessings on the path-

v.20  he who heeds the Word wisely

will find good

whoever trusts in the LORD,

happy is he

Most people want peace with friends,

family members and their enemies.

  

Most people want success and guidance in all areas of their lives;

marriage, careers, child-rearing and finances.

Most people want the good life.

Most people want to be happy.

Most people want to go to Heaven when they die.

 -however-

Most people don't want to fear the LORD,

don't want to depart from evil,

don't want to heed the Word of God 

and don't want to  trust in the LORD.

v. 25 There is a way that seems right to a man,

But its end is the way of death.

There's only one highway option.

John 14:6

Jesus said unto him,

 I am the way, the truth, and the life:

no man comes unto the Father,

but by me.
